WILL MY EVENT BE UNIQUE?

What could be more unique than having your event located 100 feet underground?

So far, every event ever held in the cavern has had the largest turn out of each organization.

WHEN WILL THE EVENT ROOM BE AVAILABLE FOR MEETINGS, GATHERINGS AND EVENTS?

We are booking now.

CAN I SERVE FOOD IN THE CAVERN?

Yes. You can have your event catered by one of several approved vendors.

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL THE MEETING ROOM SERVE?

It depends on the configuration of the tables. The maximum would be 250 for a sit down meal and 350 for a meeting or standing reception.

CAN I COMBINE MY EVENT WITH ZIPLINES, TRAM TOUR AND THE CHALLENGE COURSE?

Yes. We will make arrangements for qualified tour guides to be available for any combination of services that you desire.

Please remember that zipline tours are limited to 12 persons per trip and generally they must be about 30 minutes apart, so it would be difficult to handle a very large crowd.

However, the challenge course can handle up to 70 persons at one time and the historic tram can handle up to 66 people every 30 minutes.

DO I HAVE TO MAKE THE CHALLENGE COURSE A PART OF MY EVENT SINCE I WILL BE IN THE SAME ROOM WITH THE COURSE?

No. You can rent the meeting space without including the challenge course, although many organizations want to have something fun to do at their event.

DO YOU HAVE ADEQUATE PARKING ON SITE?

Yes. We can handle about 130 cars in our outside parking area and up to 500 if valet parking is utilized.

CAN MUSIC BE ARRANGED?

Yes. It is possible to have a band, orchestra or D-J. The acoustics are amazing underground.

WHAT IS THE COST OF RENTING THE FACILITY?
